Registration is now being accepted for Development Session 2 Monday Nights in Brooklyn for 10 weeks (Jan. 5th through Mar. 9th) at a cost of $50 per player. We will be offering two groups for Session 2. The first group is for Novice and House League players, this will run 6:50 to 7:40. The second group will be for Rep Team players Atom and above, and will run from 7:40 - 8:30 PM. Greg Wile will lead these sessions and will focus exclusively on power skating and puck control techniques. Criminal Record Checks If you did not submit a Criminal Record Check in the last 3 years with West Hants Minor Hockey Association you must go to the Windsor RCMP office and have one completed. The vulnerable persons section must be completed on this form, sections 1,2,3,4. Criminal Record Checks can only be done in the area that the person applying resides. You must provide 2 pieces of ID and one must be photo. Use this information to complete the form at the RCMP office. All requests for referee requirements must be done by Wednesday of each week and given to Referee-In-Chief, Dan MacLeod. Any changes to this request is covered in Policy & Procedures -as quoted: Teams must contact the Referee-In-Chief of any alterations to a scheduled game. Time frame of notification is critical. The Referee-In-Chief determines if the team will pay for referees in this situation. Cancellation of games due to weather or opposing team withdrawal falls in this category. PLEASE NOTE: Dan would prefer a telephone call 798-1296 to any changes after Wednesday deadline. Final decision of fee payment resides with the Referee-In-Chief.
